Jig & Fixture, Design, Fabrication, & Assembly Services

At West Cobb Engineering And Tool Inc., we specialize in the engineering, fabrication, assembly, and installation of tooling used in the aerospace industry. Our turnkey design and fabrication services include the production of welding, assembly, and inspection fixtures as well as composite bond fixtures. Both CATIA V4 and V5 design capabilities are available and all tooling can be inspected using laser tracker equipment capable of verifying dimensions with an accuracy of ±0.003” over a 75’ span.

Our equipment is specifically designed for creating fixtures in a wide range of sizes from small jigs to large assembly fixtures weighing up to 10 tons. In-house CNC machining centers and our EPA compliant spray booth are among the largest in the region, allowing us to providing tooling for a number of different applications to exact customer specifications.

As a leading supplier of jigs and fixtures for many high profile aircraft projects, including the F-35 and F-22 Raptor, our engineers intimately understand the needs and expectations of the aerospace industry. We are ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C certified and carry a number of customer-specific certifications. For more information about our jig and fixture design, fabrication, and assembly capabilities, see the table below, or contact us directly.
